Selecting Ormond by the Sea Rental Homes & Condos

With all the choices for Ormond Beach Rentals how do I determine what rental accommodations would be best for me and my family for our Ormond by the Sea vacation rental? The simple answer is contact Deanna at Ocean View, our customer service professional, who will help you select your vacation rental accommodations. Here are some helpful hints to guide you. - We cannot allow pets in our Ormond Beach or Ormond by the Sea condominium rentals. - Most of our rental homes and condos are non-smoking. You must smoke outside, if you must smoke. - Maximum occupancy for a 2 bedroom is 6 and for a 3 bedroom is 8. Individual properties will have a lower maximum if, for instace a sleep sofa is not available. - Many of our Ormond Beach rental condos cannot accommodate trucks or trailers. If you plan to arrive with other than a private passenger automobile please obtain authorization in advance to prevent your reservation from being cancelled on check in. - Our rates for beachfront rental condos means the building in which the condo unit is located is directly on the beach. Some beachfront units do not directly face the ocean. Ocean View Condo rental rates are for condo buildings across the A1A from the beach. Notes: Odd numbered addresses in Ormond by the Sea on Ocean Shore Blvd (State Road A1A) are on the ocean side of the road. Even numbered addresses higher than 1600 are across the road from the beach in Ormond by the Sea and there is nothing built on the ocean side of the road. A1A runs along the beach through Ormond by the Sea north through Flagler Beach. Many of the condo units are occupied full time as a permanent residence for the owner. During your vacation you may be their next door neighbor. Please treat your vacation accommodations as your home and respect your neighbors.
