Deposit Policy - Vacation Rentals Ormond By The Sea Florida

Dear Tenant, Thank You for your continued support of Ocean View Condominium Rental Group’s Rental Programs. We appreciate your business. This is to let you know about an important change in our policies. The change will not impact you or affect your reservation in any way. Effective October 1st, 2008, Ocean View Condominium Rental Group, Inc., will change its Rental Account (where your Security/Reservation Deposit is kept) to an Interest Bearing Account with all Interest to accrue to Ocean View. Many of our costs have increased significantly in recent months and we are trying hard to survive in a difficult market and not raise fees to our customers. The vast majority of our Vacation Rental Guests are using a Credit Card to pay for their Vacation and the fees we pay have a drastic impact on our income. You will see no changes in any of the Ocean View services and we will continue to do our best to see to it that you enjoy your visit to Ormond by the Sea, Florida.
