The rough economy has taken its toll on another small business in Ormond By The Sea, Florida. Lovece Italian Restaurant at 1064 Ocean Shore Blvd has served Ormond By The Sea, Florida residents and visitors for over 20 years and was voted "Best Around" in 2004.
