The Chillin’ Out Beach Bar and Grill is now open at 2986 Ocean Shore Blvd. in Ormond By The Sea, FL, The location previously occupied by Pip’s on A1A. Hours are 10 to 10 Sunday to Thursday and Noon to Midnight Friday and Saturday. Salads, Berger’s, Sandwiches and more are served with an ocean view. For additional information call 386-310-4826.

this place is awesome the food is amazing and with most of the staff being family it makes you feel like home... i eat there at least 3-4 times a week... i would recomend this place to anyone
You need to get these folks to really STEP UP! Food is terrible, wait staff is hit or miss! They are family and talk about family issues in front of customers. The idea is good but they are not smart enough to carry it off. We heard enough remarks to make us not go back. We told them that we heard their radio ads and they didn't even thank us and we were the only people on the deck!
