Fairwind Shores condo vacation rental unit 505B is a 5th floor, 1200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bath with spectacular ocean views. The kitchen is furnished with the usual; microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed, and a TV. There are sliders in the master with a straight on view of the beach (not a side entrance to the balcony). There is a dressing area between master bedroom and master bath with a vanity and 2 closets. The 2nd bedroom has a full size Murphy bed and an ottoman that pulls out to a twin size bed and a small TV. The living room has a large plasma HDTV. The dining table has seating for 6. This is a NO smoking unit. Fairwind Shores does not allow pets. We have one designated parking space in the underground secured garage. The balcony is large and furnished with table and chairs. There is no phone, but there is internet through AT&T.
Unit 505B is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Ormond by the Sea vacation rental.
Sorry, no pets and smoking is not permitted in the units or in the building. Vacation rentals, seasonal rentals and longer condo rentals are available in this highly sought after building. Monthly minimum rentals only please.
