Chillin' Out On The Beach has closed. The Chillin' Out On The Beach Restaurant in Ormond By The Sea at 2986 Ocean Shore Blvd. has closed. There is an "available" sign on the building and the restaurant signs have been removed. This appears to be another victim of the difficult economic times we are facing.
