On Friday evening Jan 25th, 2008 a deceased Right Whale was discovered on the beach in Ormond By The Sea Florida around the 2700 - 2800 block. On Saturday the Whale was taken by 2 tractors down the beach to the Lifeguard Station across the street from Alfie's Restaurant where it was transferred to a trailer and taken away to be examined by scientist to determine the cause of death.
