Seabridge North is a 65 unit Condominium complex built in 1994.

Seabridge North Condo consists of two 5 story buildings across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Each building has a centrally located elevator and all of the units have a view of the Atlantic Ocean, with higher floors having a more extensive view.  There is a row of garages at the west side of the property that are assigned to a few of the units and the remainder of the units have one reserved carport space with ample guest parking.
